Il m'a dit: fais tes s\u00e9ances avec eux et ton \u00e9paule sera un vieux souvenir.\nVincent a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement attentif \u00e0 ma blessure. Il a commenc\u00e9 par analyser ma morphologie et comparer les degr\u00e9s de libert\u00e9s de mes deux \u00e9paules. Au long des 20 s\u00e9ances, il a construit un planning clair (10 s\u00e9ances pour regagner de la mobilit\u00e9 et 10 s\u00e9ance pour r\u00e9athl\u00e9tiser).
