If you want to set yourself a personal sports challenge – get back into shape, run a marathon, or climb a mountain – then our customised training sessions, from physiotherapy to yoga, Pilates and CrossFit, are geared towards helping you increase your physical resources, meet your goals and allow you to live as you want to.
Our educational approach is combined with individual support so that you can safely and successfully reach your target.
OUR STRATEGY
The Kléber Physiotherapy Clinic team harnesses its experience and each of its training programs to offer you a 5-step, watertight, treatment plan.
01.
FITNESS TEST: TELL US ABOUT YOUR GOALS !
We carry out your test together during your first meeting with your physio. This step is geared towards listening and talking to you and taking a close look at your expectations and goals.
The fitness test also helps your physio understand your global needs and get to know your profile better before carrying out an in-depth, functional assessment.

FUNCTIONAL ASSESSMENT
This assessment is carried out under the watchful eye of your physio for a full overview of your current state of health so that we can offer you an adapted and efficient conditioning plan.
The assessment begins with taking a look at your way of life. It’s as easy as 1,2,3. All you have to do honestly answer several questions about your general health, physical exercise and sleep patterns, eyesight, breathing, morale and lifestyle, etc.
Your physio then assesses your body make up and your potential of developing a musculoskeletal disorder (cardiovascular capacity, flexibility, motor skills, balance).
03.
ADJUSTMENT
Based on the information you will have provided in your functional assessment, your physiotherapist will present you with:
- detailed assessment results
- exercises specifically tailored to your needs
- posture advice
All of this will allow you to rebalance your musculoskeletal system and reduce your risk of injury as you recondition.
These adjustments play a key role in how efficient your sessions will be and in improving your quality of life and your performances.
04.
TRAINING
Now it’s time to get really started! You will closely follow the conditioning programme that your physio will have drawn up for you. Discipline and intensity are the watchwords at this stage of your treatment plan. Your physio will accompany you throughout your entire programme to ensure that you correctly carry out your exercises and answer your questions.
This programme guarantees a genuine transformation and improved health and energy. You will very quickly feel better because your cardio-respiratory system will have improved. The physical results will also be seen through decreased fat and increased muscles.
05.
RESULTS AND FEEDBACK
Our support doesn’t stop here! At the end of your programme, you discuss your conditioning with your physio so that you can give your feedback and assess together if you have achieved your goals.
During this meeting you will learn how to maintain the physical condition that you gained during your conditioning plan.
